To get past the last two guards, follow this guide to the letter and you'll be OK. Keep your 'dukes' up all the time. Wait for the guard to lower his fists and punch his face. When the guard flips his lid and sends an array of punches towards you, don't panic. Keep your guard up and watch carefully for when he does a body blow. Block his attempt by moving down and then give a counter body blow. You should be able to deliver a couple more blows to the face before he flips his lid again. Using this you should beat him with half your life left.
