Phase 1: collect all screen eggs, still leaving plenty of them. Do not fly into the egg-spheres. When they collect from the bottom platform, you can shoot them from the centre platform. Phase 2: Fly in a straight line, preferably just below the lowest above the opposite platform. If they get the eggs from the centre platform, shoot them while flying. Phase 3: Getting worms must have priority over shooting the egg-snatchers. Run away from the worms until they are about to eat them.

When you are in the palace gardens enter the shed by using the metal key that you have with you. Take the hoe and the rake (you will need them later). When you get to the path blocked by the boulder, (just below the snow-capped mountain), use the rake and the hoe to lift the boulder to get by it. Take off your shirt, then tie the rake and hoe together with it. Lever the boulder with the rake and hoe, and you will be able to proceed up the mountain.
